Artist Statement

As multi-media artist, designer, curator and Project Manager, my continuing interest and involvement in contemporary practice has developed both independently and in collaboration with architectural, science and technology professionals.

Selected Professional Activities

2017 Launch of The Alchemy of Change: The University of NSW Opening Week. Introducing my series of short videos on CHANGE, in acknowledgment of 20 years since my sculptural / performative Exhibition Event 1997 at PERFORMANCE SPACE Sydney with the interaction of selected COFA UNSW Visual Art Students and time based artists.
2016 International Women’s Day:  Alchemy_Prehension was featured on Federation Square Screen Melbourne for International Women’s Day
2015 Project Management:  A long term contract to create a permanent Interactive Contemporary Heritage Centre in Sydney for a globally recognized Institution, to bring their foundation stories to today’s society.
2013

Fairweather: A collaborative presentation for The Brisbane Festival and at The Queensland Conservatorium of Music.  Video Artist Glen Henderson; music Clocked Out; writer / narrator Rodney Hall.

Planet Jupiter of The Planets  A multisensory performance Willoughby  Symphony Orchestra conducted by Anthony Legge featuring the work of 7 video artists.  Performed August 2013

2012 Perceptions in Celltime 1 Selected for the O'Brien Centre in consultation with the Brain and Mind Research Institute, St.Vincent's Hospital, Sydney.

Resource:Resourceful, Public Art feature JKRMC Building The University of Queensland

Artist-In-Residence - Creative Industries PrecinctParer Place QUT involving access to new technology to create a three part moving image work on the Parer Place outdoor screens with sound construction by vOiCeArT. The Project involves exhibition one November 2010 - exhibitions two and three extending across 2011 - www.ciprecinct.qut.edu.au/shows/
